Mr. Marino
is responsible for creating and maintaining the databases for our GIS,
ACAD, Aerials, Listed Species, and MS Office Documents. Mr. Marino
creates a wide variety of exhibits for the environmental scientists and
clients. He also prepares exhibits and database tables for Biological
Opinions. Mr. Marino is also responsible for GIS and ACAD administration
along with training. Other responsibilities include software licensing,
network administration, website administration, server administration,
and purchases and maintenance of office computers, printers, servers,
plotters, and software

Barrett Stejskal
Environmental
Scientist II
As an Environmental Scientist with Boylan
Environmental Consultants, Inc., Mr. Stejskal is responsible for
coordination of environmental permitting, conducting wildlife surveys,
wetland delineations, and other environmental reports. Mr. Stejskal has
coordinated with clientele from both the private and public sectors. He
also has been qualified as an expert in wetland and wildlife ecology and
environmental land use in Lee County. Mr. Stejskal has received his
certification as an Authorized Gopher Tortoise Agent.

Kim Schlachta
President
Ms. Schlachta is responsible for project
management, and assisting in the management and technical supervision of
environmental staff. The clientele Ms. Schlachta works with include the
private and public sectors. Since 1998, Ms. Schlachta has managed
projects, conducted fieldwork, and produced reports and applications for
environmental land use planning, permitting and development. Ms.
Schlachta has been qualified as an expert in
wetland and wildlife ecology and environmental land use in Lee County,
Collier County and the City of Bonita Springs. Ms.
Schlachta
has received her certification as an Authorized Gopher Tortoise Agent.

Rae Ann Boylan
Senior
Environmental Consultant
Since 1989, Ms. Boylan has managed many
environmental projects. These projects include due diligence assessments
for land acquisition purposes, assistance with environmental land
planning, coordination on permitting for wetlands and wildlife and
compliance monitoring of projects after construction.
Ms. Boylan is responsible for project
